CAVA RETREAT
With this retreat we want to invite you to walk together with the trees to seek a deep relationship with them. A relationship that also helps us to connect with ourselves and with everything. Interconnect, feeling that they are an inseparable part of nature.
We believe it is essential to create a two-way relationship between us and the rest of nature, and trees are the perfect interlocutors to channel this communication.
Trees are incredible beings, of extreme intelligence and sensitivity, and at the same time great strangers. We bet on getting closer to them so that they help us heal our wounds, thus creating a healthier and two-way relationship with nature.
We will accompany you on this progressive journey of connection, towards the trees and towards you. We will be with you, but leaving you to have your intimate relationship with the trees.
It will be a great little trip to trees and nature. Towards your nature. towards you Towards the most nuclear. Once your relationship with the trees grows stronger, it will be you and the trees making your own personal path. Each of you will walk it in your own way and all paths and all ways of walking will be fine. You may not feel the connection. Do not worry. We just ask that you let go and don’t judge anything that may or may not come. Everyone has their own moment and way of being, doing and feeling, and maybe what you don’t think is happening now, when you least expect it, will happen.

Cal Jaumet. Rural house from the 17th century, in front of Cadí.
Located in the Alt Urgell, in the village of Cavà, in an idyllic location surrounded by mountains.
Farmhouse from 1619 renovated in 2021 in the idyllic village of Cava located at 1,300 meters above sea level, with spectacular views of the Serra del Cadí.
Ideal for those looking for a quiet environment in the middle of nature.
Cal Jaumet is a spacious and comfortable farmhouse renovated in 2021 with quality materials.
SCHEDULE
They will be experiences where we will work on aspects such as silence, slow pace, union, connection, sharing, active listening, peace, stillness, self-awareness and internalization.
It will be a great forest bath where we will gradually walk towards the connection with the trees and with ourselves. A path of transformation to open you outward and inward. A path where the trees will be our great teachers.
In addition, this retreat also has an eco-educational side, raising awareness and educating about the world of trees. A task that we believe is very necessary from Biotop Natura.
Taking care of the outside is taking care of the inside, and taking care of the inside is taking care of the outside. If we don’t love ourselves, we can’t love people, or our natural environment.
Trees are the beings that have the most capacity to teach us how to live. They can teach us about balance, the balance between giving and receiving, between life and death, about our limits and our finitude, since trees cannot move and know how far they can go, about the patience not being afraid of time, about observation, silence and many other things.
We want you to walk among the trees accompanied by our hand. We will soak up their wisdom, their strength, their rootedness, their flexibility and adaptability, and their connection. They will teach us to be Nature.
ASSISTANCE AND RESERVATION
Places to sleep in shelter:
Maximum 8 people.
Minimum 6 people to be able to carry out the withdrawal.
